Infonavit on the Good End

The INFONAVIT Institute of the National Housing Fund for Workers announced that it will join the promotions of the tenth edition of El Buen Fin and will offer an extension to start the payment of mortgage loans for February 2021.

The director of Infonavit, Carlos Martínez, reported on the measures that the entity will take to promote the purchase of housing among workers.

“In the first place, for all workers who decide to take out their credit with Infonavit, they will be able to request that the credit collection be withheld for 3 or 4 months, that is, if they take out their credit in November they will be able to start paying in February 2021 ", said.
"For workers who recovered their jobs in this same calendar year, we will not have any type of failure to obtain a loan, so that they can continue to request their credit through Infonavit."

He also highlighted that 7 out of 10 mortgage loans in the country are granted by the government entity, hence the importance of maintaining the rights of workers.
