To be a candidate for this type of credit you must have the following requirements:

Be between 47 and 75 years of age and have a pension due to unemployment in old age, due to retirement or due to having retired due to age or time of service.

It should be noted that this type of credit is only granted individually to all those pensioners who have not had one (credit) during their working life. This credit can be used to buy new or used housing (already finished). The interest rate ranges from 4 to 6 percent, with the repayment term of the loan being 20 years.

• Proof of address (no more than 3 months old).
• CURP.
• CUV (Unique Housing Certificate). In the case of new housing, it must be provided by the seller.
