UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE THIS PROPERTY IS UNSHOWABLE. The seller is difficult to say the least. She now has a FOR SALE BY OWNER hanging on the house. Please do the right thing and do not show the property unless it is through me which is impossible. Per AMPI and my contract she is obligated to abide by our listing contract and the listing agreement which expires on May 1. I am waiting for her to cancel the contract after paying for the pictures which she agreed to in the listing agreement.
