This house has 4 solar panels and the electric bill is equivalent to 300 pesos every two months. Visitors are welcomed with a beautiful circular staircase that goes up to the second level where most of the bedrooms are located, a library, more sitting spaces, a closet, a bedroom with a balcony to enjoy the green areas, and tropical gardens. On the first level there is a double bedroom with an adjoining full bathroom with a private entrance. Living room/TV and large open concept living room/kitchen/dining room.
